How to find us
From London
Take the M23 /A23 South. Exit at Brighton.
Join the A27 Portsmouth, Chichester and Arundel.
After passing by Arundel continue on the A27 heading towards Chichester
for about 4 miles.
Watch for signs to turn left for Yapton and the Avisford Park Hilton hotel.
Continue to follow this road over the rail tracks, the Homestead B&B is on the the right hand side after 600 yards .
From Portsmouth and the West
Take A27 east towards Chichester.
Stay on the A27 through the bypass, head towards Fontwell.
After main roundabout a Fontwell stay on A27 towards Arundel .
Go right at the next roundabout, on the dual carriage way watch for sign to the right saying Yapton and the Avisford Park (use slip road and cross dual carriage way east). Continue to follow this road over the rail tracks, the Homestead B&B is on the the right hand side after 600 yards .
By Train
Arrive at Barnham Station. We are 10 minutes drive away
Taxis are also available from outside the station
