Tariffs
We have one large double en-suite / family room and one double room with dedicated bathroom.
- Charged at £65 for double room.
- And £85.00 for the family room.
- Single person supplement £40.00.
- Double Room with complimentary use of Local Gym / swimming pool Facilities £95.00 per night.
- Spa packages are charged separately depending on choice of treatment.
- Prices include full English cooked breakfast.
- Supplements may also apply during event weekends.
- Minimum of 2 nights stay over during event weekends.
Reservations
A deposit of the first nights’ stay is required by cheque seven days prior to stay.
Check In
Check-in is from 5:00pm till 8pm (other times by prior arrangement only).
Check-out is by 10:30 am.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days prior to arrival date – Loss of deposit.
- 3 – 7 days prior to arrival date – 50% of total cost (100% if one night only).
- Within 3 days of arrival date – 100% of total cost.
We will gladly give you a refund (less a £25 administration fee) if we are able to re-let your room. We advise you take out cancellation insurance.
Smoking, The Homestead has a strictly no smoking policy, although the court yard garden is available.
The Homestead B&B has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to The Homestead B&B is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. The Homestead B&B will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.
